A morning surprise that warmed hearts

The room was spacious, and the kitchen facilities were a welcome surprise during our long stay. A particular moment stood out when a staff member went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied, even opening the breakfast area early for us.

Unfortunately, the breakfast offerings were fairly repetitive throughout our stay, and the tub had some drainage issues which were a bit frustrating. I also wish the beds had been more comfortable for restful nights.

Loved the spacious room and the convenience of a public bus stop nearby. The shower was great, and having a kitchen was helpful!

My family and I stayed in the Studio, 2 Queen, City view room for a night. It was super spacious and spotless! The kitchenette was a game-changer for us, especially with a dishwasher included. We really loved how comfy the beds were, too. One standout moment was when a staff member reopened breakfast just for us when we arrived late. That was so kind! Definitely felt at home there.

Had a wonderful stay with a spacious room and excellent breakfast service. A friendly staff who went above and beyond when my family missed breakfast. Everything was clean and tidy, but the microwave could have used a deeper clean. I would return for sure!
